Stainless Steel Threaded Elbows
Stainless Threaded Elbow is a connecting element used in pipelines to turn liquid, gas and solid fluids in different directions on the pipe. The word elbow is a name inspired by the human body. Moving your arm to the right and left is like the elbow we use. Pipelines are rotated from various angles to the right, left, up and down at various angles. A normal Welded Elbow is called 90 degrees. In the installation, the direction of the installation changes at different angles in the form of 30, 45 and 60 degrees. Stainless Welded Elbows are produced according to the sizes of Welded Pipe and Drawn or Seamless Pipe. It is produced according to the Standard Pipe Diameter. As there are wall thicknesses of pipes, elbows also have wall thicknesses. For example, 1” sch80s Stainless Seamless Pipe is 33.7*4.55mm in size. In other words, the outer diameter of the pipe is 33.7mm and the One Side Thickness is 4.55mm. According to this Pipe, the Patent Elbow must also be the same. Stainless Elbows are available in sch standard thicknesses as well as Welded elbows in 2mm, 3mm and 4mm wall thicknesses.
Stainless Steel Elbows,
1. Stainless Drawn (Seamless) Elbows are Elbows made of Seamless (drawn) Pipe. It is produced according to ANSI Norm Pipes. It is also used in heavy industry.
2. Stainless Threaded Elbow is a fastener used in Threaded Installations. The inner part of such elbows is threaded. Thread Norms are in BSPT-BSP and NPT thread Norm.
3. Stainless Polished Elbow, This type of elbow has the same characteristics as Welded elbows. The only difference is that the surface is glossy. Glossy elbows are produced according to the dimensions of decorative pipes. Usually 600 grit gloss is also available.
