Stainless 3-Piece Threaded Ball Valve

 

Stainless valves are pipe fittings used in stainless pipe circuits to stop the liquid or gas in the pipe, restart the stopped flow and reduce the flow rate to certain levels.

Stainless Steel Valves are used not only in pipelines, but also to evacuate fluid in tanks made to store gas or liquid, such as stainless boilers and water tanks. Stainless valves can be connected to the piping system in various ways. These connections are briefly threaded connection, welded connection and flanged connection.

We can examine stainless valves in 3 different classes. We can list these classes as follows, stainless threaded ball valves, stainless butterfly valves and stainless flanged valves. AISI304/304L and AISI316/316L grades are available in our stocks.

1) Stainless Threaded Ball Valve Stainless threaded ball valves are named ball valves because of the sphere inside. The mechanism inside is spherical. One aspect of the sphere is the hole. By changing the direction of this sphere with a manual arm or an electronic actuator, the fluid inside the pipe is opened, closed or the flow rate is reduced.

It is generally used in pipelines where the pressure is low. These Pipes are called threaded valves because they are threadedly connected to the circuits.
